Project Introduction
Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection (referred to as Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Quality Inspection) is a provincial-level authoritative technical institution authorized by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, specializing in product testing, quality appraisal, scientific research and development, and technical consulting. There are nearly 400 employees, including 11 doctoral students and 80 master's students; There are 29 professor level senior engineers, 66 senior engineers, and over 85% of engineering and technical personnel. More than a quarter of the personnel serve as members of various professional standardization technical committees nationwide, experts in national laboratory evaluation and assessment, national industrial product production license examiners, and national food and food related product production license examiners. The existing laboratory covers an area of nearly 70000 square meters, with nearly 4000 sets of various testing instruments and equipment, valued at over 200 million yuan. The testing capability covers nearly 6000 products in ten major categories, including food, chemical, building materials, electrical appliances, wires and cables, cosmetics, hardware, metallurgy, information network, and fire protection. It is one of the comprehensive testing institutions with strong technical strength, advanced testing equipment, and complete professional types in China.
The Jiangsu Provincial Quality Inspection Institute actively optimizes the layout of testing and builds technical service platforms in industrial clusters such as Yixing, Suzhou, Xuzhou, and Liyang. At the same time, it opens up the Nanjing Jiangning Binjiang Second Testing Base and focuses on building a number of national quality inspection centers and key laboratories, forming a fully covered and efficient development model that radiates from the headquarters of Nanjing to Binjiang, Yixing, Suzhou, Liyang, and Xuzhou, serving the development of the industry, The role of promoting technological upgrading is increasingly prominent.
Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has continuously expanded the field of domestic and international cooperation. In China, it is a CNAS, CQC, CCS authorized testing laboratory. In foreign countries, it is a CE certified, TUV South Germany, RWE of Germany, the National Bureau of Standards of South Africa authorized testing laboratory. It has also cooperated with the US FDA and other international institutions for mutual recognition, and gradually built a "one standard, one test, global access" product testing system.
Jiangsu Provincial Quality Inspection Institute has always attached great importance to scientific research work, and is currently a member of the National Engineering Materials Standardization Working Group, the Secretariat of the National Oral Care Products Standardization Committee, and the Deputy Secretary General of the National Solar Energy Standardization Committee. The Working Group on Pesticide, Engineering Composite Materials, and Cosmetics Inspection Methods of the National Quality Supervision Key Product Inspection Methods Standardization Technical Committee is located in our institute, participating in more than 20 standardization committees and sub technical committees, and establishing one postdoctoral research workstation. We have undertaken and completed more than 50 scientific research projects by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision, and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and have obtained over 40 national invention and utility model patents.
