Project Introduction
Sinopec has invested 1.268 billion yuan to build a petrochemical research institute engaged in the research and development of petrochemical technology and equipment in Lvshun, Dalian. In order to expand the development of China's petroleum industry in terms of public technology and emerging energy resources technology, China Petrochemical Corporation is located in the Dalian Lushun Science and Technology Innovation Park in Nanyahuzui Village, Tieshan Street, Lüshunkou District, Dalian City, and purchased 276 mu of land to build Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute.
After its completion, Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute mainly engages in the research and development of petrochemical technology and equipment. In terms of public technology platform, it mainly develops water and environmental protection technology, equipment and storage and transportation technology, energy conservation and Energy storage technology, etc; In terms of emerging energy resource technology platforms, we mainly develop biological resource technology, unconventional resource technology, new clean oil refining technology, asphalt technology, special oil product technology, and light hydrocarbon deep processing technology.
The plan is to construct in three phases. The first phase of the project mainly includes 10 main buildings, including a comprehensive research building (A1), a cafeteria training building (A2), an analysis and testing center (A3), an environmental research and development building (B1), a clean fuel research and development building (B2), a bioenergy research and development building (B3), an environmental experimental building (C1), a clean fuel experimental building (C2), an equipment experimental raw material warehouse (D1), an oil sampling room (D2), and supporting construction of a wastewater treatment station and an energy power station; The second phase of the project consists of one building, which is a biological energy-saving experimental building (C3); The third phase is reserved land.
